Electrical breakdown in PZT (ABAQUS)

Good evening! I've been doing a numerical (ABAQUS) definition of the zone of electrical breakdown in PZT rectangular plate with a crack (Griffith problem for PZT). I have the numerical (ABAQUS) results depending on the size of the zone of electrical breakdown on the size of the area. By anyone has information on 
a) the experimenting in this direction.

The Leonov--Panasyuk--Dugdale model for a crack an infinite plate and finite element solutions of the proper task

The δk-model for aninfinite plate with a strait central crack is considered. It is compared theexact analytical solution of this problem with the results of finite elementsolutions of the proper task. It is sets a good match.

Problem Griffiths

Hello everyone!

I work with the task of Griffith in the delta to the model of the fragile body. In his model, the zone near the crack tip in which a voltage above the limit of the brittle strength can be regarded as sections (length [a,b]), which are attracted to the opposite shore with a Stress Sigma ^T-stress.
